Sprott Asset Management LP Announces Mutual Fund Risk Rating Change
TORONTO, April 28, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sprott Asset Management LP ("Sprott") announced today a change to the risk rating of Sprott Enhanced U.S. Equity Class (the "Fund"). Sprott determines the risk rating for the Fund in accordance with the methodology recommended by The Investment Funds Institute of Canada. As a result of its annual review of the investment risk level of the Sprott Mutual Funds, Sprott has determined that the investment risk level of the Fund has changed from "Medium to High" to "Medium".
This change will be reflected in the simplified prospectus of the Fund, which will be filed with Canadian securities regulators in connection with the Fund's 2016 annual renewal.
The investment objective and strategies of the Fund will not change as a result of this change.
